Read this first: this role is not about the job title and it is not about the salary. It is about results. If you cannot work on your own, without anyone supervising you, and deliver results you can measure, please do not apply.

Gbeya is the platform coaches, consultants, trainers, educators and creators use to run their whole business in one place: their website, bookings, payments, courses, email list, community and customer records.

Your job is to bring those businesses onto Gbeya and help them grow on it. You will find them, talk to them, show them how Gbeya fixes the way they work today, get them set up, and keep them growing.

What you will do

  • Find coaches, consultants, trainers, educators and creators who are running their business across WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, bank transfers, Google Forms and spreadsheets.
  • Reach out to them, book conversations, and show them how Gbeya would work for their business.
  • Get new workspaces set up properly: their offer, booking page, payments, email list and website live.
  • Follow up until they are actually using it, and help existing customers sell more through it.
  • Turn what works into simple playbooks and templates the rest of the team can reuse.
  • Report your numbers every week, honestly, without being chased.

How you will be measured

Results, not hours online. In your first week we agree clear weekly and monthly targets with you, for things like:

  • conversations booked and held
  • new businesses that sign up
  • workspaces fully set up and live
  • customers still active after 30 days
  • revenue from the customers you brought in

You see your own numbers every week. So do we.

Apply if

  • You live in Nigeria.
  • You have produced a result you can put a number on: sales made, clients signed, followers turned into buyers, a programme filled, an email list grown, revenue earned.
  • You understand how coaches, consultants, trainers or creators make money, or you have sold to small businesses before.
  • You write and speak clear, professional English on WhatsApp, email and video calls.
  • You plan your own week, meet your deadlines and report without reminders.
  • You have a laptop, reliable internet and a plan for when the power goes.

Helpful, not required

  • Experience in sales, business development, customer success or digital marketing, or running your own small business.
  • Working knowledge of tools such as a CRM, email marketing, booking links, Paystack or Flutterwave, Selar, or Instagram and LinkedIn for business.

Do not apply if

  • You need someone to tell you what to do every day.
  • You want a job to occupy rather than results to deliver.
  • You cannot point to at least one thing you achieved, with a number attached.

How to apply

Apply on this page. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes: a few yes/no questions and two short written answers. No long essays. Shortlisted applicants get a short practical task based on a made-up business, never unpaid work for a real customer.

About the pay

₦150,000 – ₦200,000 a month, paid in Naira. Where your offer sits in that range depends on what you show you can deliver.

Separately: the Gbeya Business Builder Programme

If you would rather build your own coaching, consulting, training or creator business, there is a separate route for that. It is not employment, and choosing it, or not, has no effect on this application.

What happens after you apply

  • A person reads it. Nothing is filtered out automatically, and no automated system can decline you — only a human can.
  • You see exactly where it stands, including the moment someone first opens it, on your own dashboard.
  • You hear back either way. A decline comes with a real reason, not silence.

Would you rather build your own?

The Business Builder Programme is for using what you know to build a consulting, coaching, education or creator business of your own. Separate from employment, and you do not have to apply for this role to be considered.

Not this role, or not right now?

You can ask to be kept in mind, send an open application describing what you actually do, or look at the partner programme if you would rather deliver for clients than take a salary.

The other ways in

Know someone who should see this?

Most people find the role that changes things because somebody sent it to them.
